Launched in 2006 as the Akshaya Centre for Thottapuzhasseri Gramapanchayath ,we could proudly say that we are now one of the leading centres functioning full –fledged serving the society for the last ten or so years.In addition to the abive –said Gramapanchayat,we are now providing E –District and other services for the customers of nearly six near by villages namely koipuram, kozhencherry ,Naranganam , Aranmula,  Kidangannur and Mallapuzhassery .Irrespective of the places from which our customers come,We service the to the best of our ability .Situated in the cultural centre of maramon , Kozhencherry, on the banks of River pampa , with the T K Road infront ,we have a well –furnished and well equipped office with ample waiting area and parking space.

Proudly I Could say that there 4 very dedicated and sincere employees and  2 trainees - the real assets of this centre, and a round the clock available entrepreneur .Most of these employees have been with us from the birth of  this great venture.

With 700square feet space for the Akshaya centre  and 300 square  feet for the computer classess , the Akshaya centre has Asianet opical internet connection and BSNL broadband connection,2 desktops,5 laptops , 5 printers,3photocopiers ,5 scanners ,web camera , invertor ,generator ,toilet facility etc.

We are  extremely proud and happy to say that our centre has all the customer friendly requirements for being a model Akshaya Centre as you can see from the comments of the respected ADC who visited the centre dated 08/10/2013 and 02/06/2014.

We serve for the 13 wards of the thottapuzhasseri Gramapanchayat through the various government projects and services like Aadhar , Voters ID,E-district services including certificates etc.We also provide services for passport application , PAN Card , Vehicle ,health and life insurances  , e-laminations  for Aadhaar cards , KNRK registration and payments , NORKA registraction , PSC registraction,embassy attestation , nursing registraction , Kerala and all india entrance applications , marriage registraction, birth and death certificates, air,train ,and bus tickets , photocopy etc,.We are also offering various computer courses with around 200 students passing out last year.Majority of the data entry work for the Thottapuzhasseri Gramapanchayat are done by bus.

We do our best to complete all the government projects through Akshaya and e-district on a timely basis efficiently by coordinating with the Panchayat and local body members,Kudumbasree and Anganwadi workers , etc so that the best service is offered to the people.All the individual counters are well-equipped with all the necessary machines including the photocopier so that each customer’s needs are met at the single counter itselfwithout any wastage of time.For this very same reason ,together with the nice behavior of our staff , their efficiency and punctuality , people from the 6 nearby villages approach us for their various needs and we help them in every way we can ,Customer satisfaction being the priority ,we only take less than the allowed 0.5% commission for paying of large amount electricity bills through us.

We are providing all the help and support during the Maramon Convention held in February each year being an institution very close to it. We are committed to correct any of our mistakes or drawbacks noted by the customers ,wholeheartedly accepting their views and thereby helping ourselves improve day by day.

We feel extremely proud to say that DLF Life Insurance selected us the best centre and the then Akshaya director Sri. Balkiran,IAS gaves us the award. The respected ADC’s multiple comments visiting the centre at different times as being a role model Akshaya centre for the entire State remind us of our vision  and responsibilities and boost us with the urge to move ahead. With the guidance of the concerned authorities and the ample support and response from our customers , we are hoping and aiming for better heights and confident to reach there.
